Exchange Policy

How long do I have to make an exchange?
You have 30 days to exchange your order.

How much will I have to pay to exchange an item?
All the return costs (except taxes, custom duties and taxes levied) are borne by OnceaDay® only in the first exchange. In subsequent exchanges, the cost of postage will be borne by the customer (except quality reasons).

How do I exchange my items?
Portugal
(Mainland) :
1. Please put your article in the original packaging with its price tag and the receipt (the items must be unworn).
2. Contact us.
3. Choose a day and address for Chronopost to pick up the item(s). They will make all efforts to pick up during the day (and address) required.
4. Stick the label (sent with your order) on top of the existent.

(Islands):
1. Contact us.
2. The order must be returned to a CTT shop, posting as recipient:

3. If the package is up to 2 kg, the articles will have to be shipped in separates packages.

(Rest of the world)
1. Please put your article in the original packaging with its price tag and receipt (the items must be unworn).

4. Follow the guidelines 5.TNT will contact you in order to fix the pick up day and address.
* The article remains the client's responsibility until we receive it, so we advise registration of shipment.

We will deal with your request up to 10 days.

If I don’t like any other article to exchange, OnceaDay® will return my money?
Yes, of course! We will refund the full amount of the article but not the shipping costs, by the same method of payment.
