How do I place an order? / How do I make a purchase?
1. Choose the product type (t-shirts, Top and shirts)
2. Find the perfect item for you
3. Select your size and add it to the basket
4. You can continue shopping or to process order
5. Now you have to login in or registering (2min)
6. Choose the address which you want your order to be delivered
7. Select a payment method
8. Confirm your order

How do I know that my order has been placed?
After you place your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you (within 60 min). You can also follow the status of your order by logging into your account and checking order status.

Does my order suffer any verification before it gets dispatched?
All orders made through the website are subject to a verification and an acceptance before shipping. We cannot be responsible for any typing errors.

Can I change my address once it has been placed?
No, you can´t do it on your own. Please contact us and they will take care of your situation.

Can I add an item to my order once it has been place?
No, you don’t have that possibility. Please make a new order.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
We are here to help you. Speak with us and we will find a solution together.

What if my items are damaged or defective?
We will be more than pleasant to help you, please contact us and we will take care of you, exchanging the item or returning your money.

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
Oops! Please contact our customer service and we will find out what’s going on.

I have received my order but one of the item is missing, what do I do?
Please contact us and we will fix the situation.

Why have you cancelled my order?
Something went wrong! Contact us and we will take care of you.

Do I have a minimum order value?
No! You can order 1 item or 1000.

Are your prices in Euros?                                                                                      All prices are in euros we only accept payments in this currency. We recommend checking the current exchange rate to know how much will be charged.

What payment methods do you accept?
OnceaDay® accepts Visa, MasterCard, Paypal. We take security very seriously; we make every effort for you to feel safe shopping with us.

Why has my card been declined?
We cannot help you in this matter, please speak with your bank. But before that verify the following details:
-16 digit number on the card;
- 3 digits in the security code;
- expiration date: 4 digit year and 2 digits for the month, without entering "-".
Example: validity of a credit card: February 2014. You should type in: 201402

When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged once your order was been dispatched and before you get your order delivered.

Is my order subject to any taxes or duties?
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU, or with different tax and customs policies from most of the EU countries, may be subject to taxes, duties and taxes levied in the destination country (import taxes).

You may be subject to import taxes when this shipment arrives in the destination country and additional charges for customs clearance.

OnceaDay® has no control over these charges and it’s not able to make an estimate. Please contact your local customs offices for further information.

This can cause some delays but unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help.

My order didn’t go through but you have charged me?
Something very strange happened! Please contact us and we will help you discovering the mystery.

Can I use more than one type of discount?
No, you can only use one per order.

What security measures exist when I give my visa card data?
It is perfectly safe to insert data from your credit card on any purchase made through OnceaDay® , you’ll be redirected to TheRedunicre® site, where you'll enter your data in a secure and certificated way, and where your, fulfilling the requirements of confidentiality relating to your credit card.
